Excuses and Promises

So this isn't the blog post I thought I'd be writing this Monday morning.

But despite me uploading the new issue of THE CHESTNUT on the 5th it is still not live on Apple Store as I had intended for it to be yesterday. So while I really like the process of making the Zine I'm not too impressed with the delivery venues.

I decided to make the iTunes version in iBooks author and publish it free (for now) via Apple. Then a few days later I'd put up a more bookish version on Amazon and keep it at their lowest prize. Putting them up on the major sites makes sense but these are meant for books and I'd like this to develop more into the direction of a magazine. So I might have to do some research and see if there's a better option for me out there. We'll have to look at this as starter hiccups.

In the meantime we're stuck with the slowness at witch they review these things. If you're desperate to get the new issue - let me know and I'll send you the new issue free of charge.

I'll write to let you know when it finally does become available.
